Design your own tote bag, either a picture of your kid's drawing or a picture of your loved ones.  This 100% heavyweight 10 oz cotton canvas tote bag carries all of your goodies in style. Top quality with extra wide and long straps for comfort carring. They are machine washable, dry-cleanable, non-fading and non-toxic.  2 sides printing.

Payment

Payment must be made within 3 working days.  We only accept payment via PayPal for overseas customers.  For local customers, you may opt to pay by fund transfer.

Shipping & Handling Time

We ship worldwide.  Above price includes delivery/shipping charges which cover postage fee, packaging material and handling fee.  Items will be shipped out within 5 working days after payment is received.  Shipping via normal air mail.  No tracking code.  Custom duties charges (if any) will be borne by the buyer.  Shipment will take about 8-12 working days.  Seller will inform buyer once item is posted but assume no responsibility if item is lost in the mail.  You may add S$43.00 if you want item to be shipped via FedFx for added security and tracking purpose.

Terms of Sales

Return policy - we strive to produce quality product, however, in the event that you receive a faulty item, kindly arrange to send it back to us within 7 working days (item must be in original condition) and we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.  Seller will pay for the new replacement's postage cost but buyer has to absorb the return postage cost.  Item must be sent back before refunding and it must have a note of explanation so that we can conduct the necessary investigation.
