• All merchandise is guaranteed for  30 DAYS  from original date of purchase.
• Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty .
• We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 90 day warranty period.
• Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
• Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
• A 20% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if a Company Credit is requested (Sorry No Cash Refunds).
• The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate " return shipping address".
• Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
• No returns sent COD will be accepted.  Returns must be sent pre-paid.
• IMPORTANT: All returns must go through our online Return Authorization process.
• To get an RA number email us through eBay.
• When you have finished the RA form you will receive an RA number which will need to be printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned.
• Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender.
• RA numbers are valid for 14 days.

•  All payments must be received within 3 days unless using BUY IT NOW, which requires immediate payment.

Shipping, Handling, & Insurance:

• All items must ship to the address listed with the Paypal payment.
• No local pickups are allowed.
• All shipping prices are for 1 item only. We do offer combined shipping discounts for multiple purchases of the same item only. 
• Please wait for us to send you a combined shipping invoice before paying.
• We ship items using the following USA/international courier services UPS or USPS. 
• Shipping within the USA takes only 3-10 days, INTERNATIONAL shipping will take longer.
• We do not ship to PO box or APO/FPO addresses.
• You must provide a Physical Address and contact Phone Number ( for courier use only) in the Paypal payment note to arrive quickly and safely.
• We are not resposible for any taxes, duties, or customs brokerage fees, of your country.
• We can not ship this item as a gift.
