Coopers ale yeast is the classic strain from the Coopers Brewery in Australia. It is especially noted for creating full-flavored, complex ales with a zesty fruitiness. This strain of ale yeast is appropriate for a wide range of styles including American, European and British Ales. Coopers yeast is excellent at creating lighter beers with big flavors or enhancing the complexity of darker styles.
For best results, use between 10 grams and 15 grams of yeast for a 5 gallon batch of beer.
