We unfortunately cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. Although lost mail rarely happens we will purchase insurance at the post office if you request it.

Feedback: We will leave feedback as soon as the buyer receives the item and leaves feedback for us.

Policy: We prefer Paypal but we will also accept money orders. We ship items on tuesdays and thursdays. We must receive payment before item is shipped. Payment must be made within 5 days after item is won unless arrangements are made. All of our items are from a smoke-free/pet-free environment.

PLEASE READ: From time to time we get non-paying bidders. It's an ugly part of selling on ebay. Not only do we lose money on listing fees and final value fees, but we also lose a sale to a buyer that would have paid. For this reason, if a buyer has not made payment within 7 days of winning an auction or buying an item then we will open a non-paying bidder claim with ebay. This will result in the buyer getting a strike from ebay. We must also leave negative feedback. We try to avoid such cases in every way possible.
