From Wolverine Toys, comes this nice Colonial style tin lithographed dollhouse with an attached garage. I'm guessing this is from the 1960s. Toy is not mint by any means, but it's not in bad shape, it's just missing some parts such as the chimney and some plastic windows and the front door. There are some minor dents, but nothing exceptional.

Please read below regarding shipping rates. Because Ebay is asking for a flat rate which is virtually impossible to give, I'm stating rates for domestic and foreign shipping that in some cases, may not be realistic. The rates Ebay is giving may not be the actual rates. The ship rates will be determined after the auction is completed and a realistic rate can be calculated. If it’s not clear to you that the ship rate may be higher, or possibly lower, then please do not bid on the item.

OK folks, here’s the situation regarding shipping: My auction description has always clearly stated that shipping insurance is available on request and that I cannot be responsible for items lost by the Post Office. Well, a buyer named Jeffery (who apparently doesn't read English very well) chose not to buy insurance, his package was lost by the Post Office, and he demanded his money back. And guess what- Paypal sided with him. Surprise! So, what does this all mean? Well, it means that from now on, unless you send me an e-mail statement that you understand I’m not responsible for a lost item, anyone who pays for their item with Paypal can buy Delivery Confirmation (relatively cheap at 65 cents) or insurance, which is something I had always tried to offer as an option, not a demand. Be aware that if you do not request insurance or Delivery Confirmation, I can’t be responsible for articles lost by the US Post Office.

Yes, I do ship overseas, but the new Ebay requirements for ship rates in advance are not feasible, so your rate will be determined after the auction has ended. Since overseas buyers don’t have insurance available to them, it is suggested they buy the Registered Mail option which can unfrotunately add $15-20 to the total cost. For overseas buyers, I would instead suggest alternate payment methods from now on as it looks like Paypal may not be feasible, unless you want to pay the additional costs.

UPDATE: Packages are rarely lost, but an item going to France was recently lost by the Post Office. A buyer named Stephane made a claim against me, even though my description above clearly outlines the situation. This means I will no longer be able to accept Paypal payments from foreign buyers, unless you’re willing to buy the rather expensive Registered Mail option, because there is no other way I’m covered in case of loss. I am not refusing bids from foreign buyers as many other Ebay sellers have, but be aware- if you are a foreign buyer, it may be expensive to ship your item.

-----------------------U.S. buyers in the Midwest pay $20 shipping & handling, Eastern and Western States pay $22, credit card (must be insured), and also PayPal available (see above), ask me about alternate payment methods.  Foreign buyers pay in US funds only!

If the ship rate turns out to be several dollars less than anticipated, I will try to send a refund through Paypal.
