Should this Casio watch malfunction due to manufacturing defects under normal use, it will be repaired with labour cost within a period of one year from the date of purchase.

The customer cannot claim under this warranty for repair or service if:

1) The problem is caused by improper, rough or careless treatment.
2) The problem is caused by a fire, or natural calamity.
3) The problem is caused by improper repair or service made by another other than the authorised Casio watch distributors or its retailers.
4) The problem is caused by normal wear and tear for case, band, glass and battery.

For Overseas Postage:

We ship WORLDWIDE. If you need clarifications on shipping charges please contact us for enquiries. Our shipping rates are FAIR because we register every internationally mailed item to track your items. Postage rates will be S$15 to anywhere in the world. Additional postage fee of S$10 for 2nd item and S$8 for 3rd item and every subsequent item from us.

Save by combine shipping for all your purchases. Delivery time takes 10 to 14 working days by Standard Registered Airmail. We will send out the items after payment received within 2-3 days.
