1) Daliva offers a 3-day return policy. Buyers must email us within the 3-day period with a VALID explanation of why they wish to return the item to be eligible to the refund. Shipping Fee is non-refundable. The decision of Daliva will be final.
2) Items returned after 3 business days but within 7 business days are subject to a 15% restocking fee or a 95% credit to be used for some future purchase within a 3-month period. After this period, customer will be refunded the money less the 15% restocking fee. We disclose all that we know about our items in the item description. Please read the descriptions carefully. Returns will not be accepted if the reason you are returning the item was disclosed to you in our description of the watch. This includes but is not limited to misinterpretation of the watch size.
