Our Policy

In order to give greater assurance, we provide a REFUND policy on our items, for acceptable reasons such as lost of item on registered postage. For articles that is listed as brand new or as-is, item may not be returned. All others, upon negotiation, simply return item within 3 working to us and we will refund the full principal cost. Return do not include written-off shipment cost. Buyer can choose a merchandise credit or bank transfer.
 
Shipping
We do our best in shipping out articles as soon as payment is received. All shipment will be done through SingPost (Singapore) unless stated otherwise. Please message us for a quotation for worldwide buyer. S&H quoted includes handling, packaging and other resources, on top of basic mailing cost.

Registered/ Insurance:
Default S&H reflects payment for normal mail. To track your item and ensure delivery, ask for registered mailing. The additional cost for registered mail is reflected by the optional insurance cost.
Note that this cost is not insurance for the item, but just for the tracking option. For insurance on the item, please check with us specifically for each item.

Liability:
Do note that with effect from 2007, eBay and various post offices advise buyers to ship via registered mail. According to eBay documentation, no offence may be imposed on sellers due to missing item if options are given, but buyer choose not to ship via registered mail. Request to search for lost mail can be escalated, but actionable is subjected to Post Office's regulation.
