ITEM DESCRIPTION : Bulk lot of 12 pairs of GOLD TONE earrings (left of photo). 6 twin packs (total of 12 pairs of earrings). In each pack, there is one one pair of long donut style earrings (8cm long) and one pair of rhinestone earrings - rhinestones are a massive 18mm x 13mm. The rhinestones come in different colours - amethyst, emerald, ruby, diamond and ebony. A random selection of mixed colours will be sent. Hook style earrings. Earrings are packaged as per photo. "PRINCESS Accessories" brand - lead free. If you're after this style in silver, or silver + gold, check my other listings. Registered Mail is compulsory for Paypal payments.

Do not Checkout until you have finished bidding so that purchases can be combined for shipping discount. Payment to be received within 5 days unless prior arrangements have been made. An unpaid item dispute is opened on the 8th day if payment hasn't been received and items are re-listed after 10 days (non-payer forfeits the sale). Shipping discount formula: full postage paid on 1st item (highest postage) and then $1 P&H on every added item. Purchases are usually mailed within 24 hours. During busy periods, it may take up to 3 business days to dispatch items.

Refunds & Returns

Full refund for any item which is not accurately described. If you don't like the product, the colour or thought it would be bigger, smaller, etc. a refund on the cost of the item minus postage given after product is returned. Items are well packaged and protected so damage/loss in transit is not covered. I do not issue a refund for any claims of lost or damaged goods unless buyer has paid for Registered or Express Post.  

Feedback

Once I know the buyer is happy with the product and transaction and has left feedback to indicate this, I do the same. I do not leave feedback until a transaction is completed in full. There is never any need to leave negative or neutral feedback because if issues arise, problems are easily resolved. Leaving negative or neutral feedback without any attempt to resolve perceived problems is reported to Ebay and the buyer is permanently blocked from my listings.
