 I have several packs of brand new golf pegs (picks or tees as some of you will call it) to sell.

Never used before and still in original packaging.

I am selling this off to the highest bidder with my selling price at $3 per pack. Photo included here shows the different colours of tee to facilitate you in choosing what you need and want. You are bidding for one of the packs here. So do let me know which colur you like and to clear all your queries before bidding. Let me know what is your best price. If you offer a price that is close to my selling price, I will seriously consider your offer.

Terms and Conditions of Auction Sales (Updated 15 June 2009)

 

(A) General Conditions of Sales

 

 1)    Please note that product is in Singapore.

         All sales are final.

        Total Payment = Auction Winning Amount + Shipping and Handling fee

 2)     By bidding on the listing, bidder agrees to accept all the terms and conditions set

         out in the listing.

 3)     Buyer has to pay all Shipping and Handling Fees.

         Shipping and handling fees include postage cost and all handling cost.

 4)     Item will be posted out from Singapore by using Singpost postal service within 3   

         day after the payment is received.

 5)     Item will be securely packaged before delivery to prevent any damages may incur

        during the postal delivery.

 6)     We will not be directly liable for any loss, theft or damage to the goods although

          care will be taken to ensure that goods are properly secured and dropped off at        

          the post office branches.

 7)     This auction is for serious and sincere buyers.

 8)     Winners are to contact seller within 5 days after the auction is close. Please

         provide a relevant contact numbers (mobile, office or home numbers) and email

         account.

 9)      Negative rating will be given for irresponsible winners.

10)     Registered postage is strongly recommended.

11)     Seller will not responsible for any lost/damage item through normal postage.

12)     We have the right to close the auction if there is an active bidder.

13)     Please clear all your enquiries/ questions and doubts before placing a bid. NO     

           refunds or withdrawal (upon collection/meet-ups) will be entertained so please

           do clarify all doubts before buying.

14)     Seller will not be obliged to exchange or swap, so please do not bargain after

           sales has been completed.

15)   Strictly NO withdrawal is allowed at the point of collection/meet-up.

16)   Once you confirm buying, you are agreeable to all Terms & Conditions stated.

17)    The buyer is deemed to have read, agree and to understand every section of this    

          Terms and Condition Statement before bidding.

 

 

(B) Shipping and Handling Fee

 

1)     Local Shipment (Singapore Only)

 

2)     Add an additional estimated $2 for Normal mail and $4 for Registered Mail

        (recommended).

 

3)      Kindly note that final and actual postage cost may change due to the nature of the

          package and the weight of the item being posted.

4)      Seller will advise buyer via email/ sms on the weight, cost and envelope package           preferred as follows.

For non-bulky items, registered mail package is highly and strongly recommended. Postpac Envelopes are recommended as padding foam found on the inside of the envelope helps to ensure item are not damaged during delivery process.

 

(C) Method of Payment-

      (Seller can decide, at his discretion, the mode of payment.)

1)     For Cash on Delivery (Only for self collections/meet-ups in Singapore and as

         decided by Seller).

2)     Seller may, at his discretion, require a 50% (of the total cost of the item)

         downpayment via bank Funds Transfer upon mutual agreement or sending

         out of confirmation email for purchased item to Buyer.

3)    We accept: - POSB interbank Funds Transfer
                        For Overseas buyer, pls pay via PAYPAL.

             4)    Seller’s bank account will be advised upon confirmation of sales to which the

                     buyer will have to promptly transfer required funds to within Three (3) days       

                     of my confirmation e-mail to you.

5)    Buyers are to provide to Seller the following information upon fund transfer:

Date of transfer of funds

Transaction Reference number

The amount (in Singapore Dollars) transferred upon fund transaction .

      6)     Upon receiving fund transfer or receipt of payment, Seller will mail package

        out to buyer based on type and mode of delivery within Five (5) days.

 7)     For registered articles/ postage/ packages, Seller will provide date of       

         posting of package and Registered Article number (for proper tracking of     

          package)

 

 (D) Method of Collection

       (Seller can, at his discretion, decide on the method of collection as stated below)

1) For non-bulky items,

a) By postage service (Please refer to Shipping and Handling Fee Segment for more information).

b) For self collection, time and venue will be arranged based on seller’s discretion. Preferred and selected venues by seller include the following:

i) Commonwealth MRT Station (Station control)

ii) Braddell MRT Station (Station Control)

iii) Any other MRT station controls can be arranged, subjected to Seller’s

     discretion and agreement.

      2)     Buyer will provide own mode of transport for self collection.

3)         There will be strictly no refund or withdrawal once the confirmation email has been sent out. Failure by buyer to turn up during appointed date and time of transaction will render transaction to lapse. Buyer will then have to bear all cost and consequences.

      4)     Disclaimer – Seller will not be responsible for items damaged/lost during or

               after the mailing. Seller would prefer item, if sent by postage, to be sent via

               registered mail.
