Payment Instructions

We accept PayPal, Postal Orders, and Cheques. If you wish to pay by Postal order please ensure they are uncrossed otherwise it will be retuned to you and your order will be cancelled. Please allow 7 days for cheques to clear.

Returns & refund Policy

We accept returns if the goods are faulty or broken; we will give a full refund in these cases.  If a problem is not reported within 7 working days then we cannot be responsible.

Feedback

We leave feedback as soon as you have purchased your items; if you have any problems or you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us before leaving negative feedback so we can resolve any issues that you may have. We like happy customers!

Delivery

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your goods to be dispatched.  In most cases they are sent within 3 working days if you are unsure and need the items within 1 to 3 days check with us first. We post 3 days a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday if you have purchased heavier goods these will be despatched with a courier. If you live outside the UK then we will require a full postcode/zip code and telephone number to be able to ship your items so please remember to include this in your payment details otherwise this will delay your order. We always obtain proof of postage and where applicable we have tracking numbers. If you buy multiple items please wait for the invoice to be sent as you will get a postage discount.

Some of our products require you to pick the size or colour you require if you do not state what colour within 72 hours we will send a colour of our selection.
