I have some very nice, brand new ethnic Indian wear for sale. It is all 100% hand embroidered Chikan work, which brings class & appeal to your garments.

Chikan embroidery or Chikan-kari (as it is known) is nearly four centuries old distinctive skill and an integral part of life of Lucknow, a city in North India. Lucknow was and is the centre of chikan embroidery, renowned for its timeless grace and its gossamer delicacy. The craft is now done by the womenfolk and is a source of earning for the family, giving them financial independence.

• It is an ethnic wear with 100% graceful & elegant hand embroidery (no machine work at all).
• It takes more than 10 days to embroider a single piece, depending on the design. It is done very meticulously and is painstaking work.
• This light brown capri has very beautiful embroidery on it with a darker shade of brown n orange with a nice border on the bottom. The pictures show the close up of embroidery.
• Stand out from the crowd with this piece as this stylish & intricate work is not commonly available in Singapore.
• Easy maintenance as its machine washable.
• It’s very fine quality of glazed cotton.
