This is from Bradford Exchange. It is the first issue in the Remembering Englands Rose collection of musical Plates by Collin Bogle.

This plate has a music box that plays Candle in the Wind.

This collector plate comes with original box and cerificate of Authenticity. It is plate number 8886A.

This plate is used, but in great condition. The only thing I see is the music box is not attached to the back of the plate. A little bit of glue will fix this. I have seen others listed this way, so must be a common problem. I tried the music and it plays fine.
