PACKAGING
♥ All my items r carefully sealed in plastic bag before packing to ensure it reaches you in tip-top condition. Recycled paper/envelopes/boxes/bubblewrap may be used to ensure the item reaches u in its original condition - not smashed/broken/out of shape...
♥ Pls feel free to feedback to me on my packaging upon receipt of your item, so i can improve on it the next round.
♥ I will send out the items with my return address.
♥ My responsibility ends after i have mailed out your item--I will not be liable for any loss of items in post, neither will i call/visit the Post Office to check/ trace the package for you.
♥ Your item will be mailed out within 2 - 5 working days UPON receipt of your payment.
♥ If you are in any hurry to receive your item, pls check with me BEFORE placing your bid.
♥ DO NOT force me to mail out immediately cos sometimes my schedule is beyond my control. In the event that i can't mail out within 5 working days, i will inform you via email.

ACCIDENTAL / CANCELLATION/ WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS
♥ Strictly NO withdrawal of bids. Once u have placed your bid, u r not supposed to withdraw or change yr mind or for whatever reasons.
♥ Dropping me a question asking me to cancel your bid is also not acceptable, cos u already had 2 more chances before u confirm your bid.
♥ Don't give excuses like someone hacked your account, or u are a first-timer trying to navigate, or u accidentally click the button...
♥ You will be reported to the Ebay authorities.
HAND-DELIVERY/ EXCEPTIONAL MEET-UPS
♥ Packages may be hand-delivered to your door-step/ dropped in your mailbox if it's at my convenience. Pls inform me if you are not comfortable with this arrangement.
