PAYMENT AND SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Only Paypal payment method is accepted. Please kindly make payment within 7 days. Fast payment is greatly appreciated as it helps to process your orders faster.

Once an order is received, it would be processed within 24 hours. I ship three times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All shipments will be completed within 48 hours. I use Singapore Post for all my shipments. International Regular Airmail. This is the shipping rate in the store. This is the best rate for my customers . There is no tracking number with this method. If you want to registered your package ( with tracking) for additional USD 3, please let me know.

IMPORTANT : All items are shipped from Singapore. Please kindly keep in mind the time difference between Singapore and your country. It normally takes 14 to 18 business days for delivery .  Please make sure your shipping address is correct . I take a picture of each package before I ship as a proof. 

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

In event you are unhappy with the item. Please let me know within 3 days.You can sent it back to me in it's original packaging.I will refund you the price of the item but not the shipping fees from your country to Singapore.
