ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

• All OUR PC / MAC games are in ENGLISH (including the box and whatever it's supposed to come with), with unused CD-keys, and have not been registered. This will work on any computer, anywhere that meets the system requirements. PC games do not have regional encoding (PAL/NTSC).
• For XBOX 360, we will state if there is REGION CODING or UNIVERSAL CODING.
• For Nintendo DS / GBA and  Sony PS3 / PSP, the games are REGION FREE.
• All our Sony PS2 and Nintendo Wii games are only offered in NTSC format Only
• All our items are Factory-sealed and brand-new. This is not a pirated (boot-leg) copy.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Local Taxes - Please be aware of your local taxes - we can not be informed of the current tax laws of every country. We are not responsible for any customs/duty/import taxes that you may have to pay.
• Payment Methods - We accept PayPal only for International transactions.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

• Domestic Shipping and Handling - Shipping usually takes between 2-4 business days via registered  / non-registered mail after date of dispatched. Please contact us immediately should you have not received your package within this stipulated timeframe.
• Domestic Shipping and Handling Charges - We have categorise into 2 mode for domestic shipping.
• Domestic standard shipping (normal postage) 
• Please note that for normal package, we DO NOT ISSUE TRACKING REFERENCE.
• We will not compensate for any loss package that is sent via this mode
  
• Domestic non-standard shipping (registered mailing) 
• Tracking reference will be issued.
• Item is insured. See Shipping Insurance.
  
• Packaging and Delivery - All packages will be appropriately packed to prevent shipping damage. All packages are sent out on the next business day after payment is received.
• Striving for 100% SATISFACTION on shipping 
• All of our products dispatched comes with a TRACKING REFERENCE for registered mailing. This is to ensure that YOU as our customer will know that your product has been dispatched and able to receive your package within the stipulated timeframe.
• The TRACKING REFERENCE will be dispatched to your ebay registered email once our system is updated.
  
• We ship out on every everyday to ensure that our customers received the product promptly.
  
• Shipping Insurance
• There will be no refund should you have opt for domestic standard mailing (normal postage).
• You are covered by our shipping insurance. Should you have opt for domestic non-standard mail (registered mailing) and your item has not arrived within (30 days) from the shipping date, we will issued a full refund.  

•    We do not accept returns of the following:
• Any item missing the serial number or UPC.
• Any item with missing parts.
• Any NEW item (ordered in error) that has been opened or missing a security seal (if originally present).
• Any item that is broken or obviously damaged by the customer.
• Any item with a missing or used key code.
• If we are unable to replace your item, a refund will be issued.
