Please take a moment to read the following information which I’ve put together to reduce the chances of any misunderstandings and to pre-empt any queries.  I won’t respond if you query something which I’ve already covered below.

I only sell genuine items

All items I sell are authentic; I do NOT deal in any counterfeit items.  And all CDs and DVDs are sent with case and original artwork.

Payment Method

·         PayPal within 3 days of end of auction or immediately if using “Buy It Now”.

·         Crossed British Postal Order within 5 days (contact me for details)

·         Any non-payers will be reported

Shipping and Handling Costs

I may offer a combined shipping reduction, if one is negotiated in advance.  Otherwise, the price quoted is the price you pay. 

Please note: My shipping and handling costs take into account a number of factors, which include my time spent packing the parcel, the cost of the packaging materials, cost of stamps, and my time travelling to the post office and queuing up for 30 mins at a time!  If you think this is unreasonable, please bid elsewhere.  

I’m sorry but due to a problem I had previously with someone who came to my house to pick up an item, I no longer offer an option to collect in person; I will only send items out by post.

Dispatch Time

All my items are in the UK and are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment to the address listed in the “Notification of Payment”.  I obtain proof of postage for every item I send.

Delivery Time

UK delivery time is usually between 1 – 5 working days.  Delivery times outside the UK may take around a week or longer if outside Europe.

Please note, I am NOT a postman, so it won’t be me who will come to your door to deliver the item.  I will hand the item to the Postal Services to deliver to you.  So any delays that might occur after items are posted are outside of my control; blame Royal Mail instead of me!  

I will act according to Royal Mail’s advice in respect of any delays/damage or loss and buyer must also to abide by it.
