This is a brand new top and pencil skirt set that looks like a fab pencil dress when worn together! Top is of a sky blue and slightly stretchy material with ruffled collar and tapered waist at the bottom. M Size.

All shipping cost is fixed for Domestic or International. For this item the shipping is $20.
2nd & subsequent items shipped together will be half the rate of the respective auctions. However, the highest shipping will apply to the 1st item.

RE-LISTING
We reserve the right to re-list items if buyers do not make contact within 48 hours.
REFUND
Buyer to check and test the item/s upon receipt to ascertain that all functions are working as it should be or as described.
1) SportingAction80 offers a 3-day return policy. Buyers must email us within the 3-day period with a VALID explanation of why they wish to return the item to be eligible to the refund. Shipping Fee is non-refundable. The decision of SportingAction80will be final.
2) Items returned after 3 business days but within 7 business days are subject to a 15% restocking fee or a 95% credit to be used for some future purchase within a 3-month period. After this period, customer will be refunded the money less the 15% restocking fee.

This still needs to be within 48 hours of receiving of the item. We will NOT reimburse any fees incurred for repairs to an item without the customer first obtaining consent from us to have the item repaired outside our company. Any repairs that an item needs will be completed by us and then returned to the customer, unless we specify otherwise. Having repairs done without our consent will result in the sale being considered final and the return policy will be void. We never guarantee that any of the watches we sell are waterproof or water resistant unless the watch is "Brand New" and manufactured to be as such. Since we primarily sell pre-owned wristwatches we have no way to be certain whether the watch has retained the original waterproofing or resistance it may have had when new. All of the watches we sell are tested for 24 hours prior to being listed on eBay and have their running condition described in the auction text. Any watch that is not listed as "Brand New" or "Overhauled" may need to be serviced in the future due to normal wear and the age of the item. We are NOT to be held responsible for this type of service.
