♥ All my items are carefully sealed in plastic bag before packing to ensure it reaches you in tip-top condition. Recycled paper/envelopes/boxes/bubblewrap may be used to ensure the item reaches you in its original condition - not smashed/broken/out of shape... ♥ Please feel free to feedback to me on my packaging upon receipt of your item so that I can improve on it the next round. ♥ I will send out your items with my return address if case of un-delivery.
♥ I usually (if I can remember) will take a picture of your package as proof of postage to show that I have packed your item.
♥ My responsibility ends after I have mailed out your item--I will not be liable for any loss of items in post, neither will i call/visit the Post Office to check/ trace the package for you. However, I will contact you if I receive any return mail from the Post Office.
♥ Your item will be mailed out within 3 working days AFTER clearance of your payment. ♥ If you are in any hurry to receive your item, pls check with me BEFORE placing your bid. ♥ DO NOT force me to mail out immediately cos sometimes my schedule is beyond my control. In the event that i can't mail out within the stipulated 3 working days, i will contact you through eBay mailbox or inform you via email. ♥ Overseas shipping is available for purchases above SGD50, provided that you are able to make payment in local currency SGD.
