This small LED keychain is slightly bigger than a AAA battery size.  With 5 bright white LED, it provides you brightest experience out of its range.  Unlike other LED keychain run by high cost button batteries, this 5 LED light keychain just need 1 piece of AAA battery to operate.  So you can easily find a replacement battery from any supermarket or household DIY store.  

LED light is a type of cool light and it consumes very little energy.  So you'll be amazed to know that you may only need to change 1 or 2 batteries through the year.

GENERAL POLICIES

* By bidding on our auction item, bidders are deemed to be fully understood and accepted our sales terms.

* All goods listed on online auction are Brand New, never been used, unless otherwise noted.  The goods may be in retails packing or may be in wholesales bulk packing, depending on different batches of stocks in our store.

* Most of the time, goods are available when auction closed.  However, in rare cases, goods may be run out due to the facts that we deal with wholesales and bulk corporate sales.  So customers may have to wait not more than 4 weeks time for new batch of stock to come in.  Customers may have to option to have a full refund or opt to buy other products from us. 

* Winning bidders will be notified by eBay automated email within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction with the total price for the auction. Please ensure that your email address is working properly! We cannot be held responsible if your email service diverts or deletes the email notification (s) as suspected SPAM.  Kindly complete the deal within 7 days (based on the email date).  If you need a longer completion date, please email us.  We reserve the right for not selling if the 7 days collection period expired.

* For Singapore buyers, we only accept ATM transfer or Internet transfer.  We do not accept Paypal for Singapore buyers.  

* For Overseas (outside Singapore) buyers, we accept Paypal.  We do not accept Money Order.  Cash is not allowed to be sent by post and we do not recommend and will not entertain any claim on loss of cash in mail.  For Paypal user, your Paypal account must be verified and your shipping address must be confirmed.  We also have bank accounts in Singapore, Hong Kong & China.  Please inform us if you prefer direct bank transfer.

* Company receipt is available but only will be issued on request.

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES

* You can refer to the shipping charge in auction description at "Shipping and handling".  If it is not available there, please email us to confirm before your bid.   

* For Singapore buyers mail orders, you can request for normal post or registered post.  

a)  Normal post - First item @ S$ 1.50 and every additional item @ S$ 1.00   (By common sense, normal post will have no evidence to show the item was posted.)

b)  Registered post - First item @ S$ 4.00 and every additional item @ S$ 1.00

*  For Overseas order (Items to be sent outside Singapore)

All orders will be sent via registered mail.

*  Difference between Normal post and Registered post  :

a)  For normal post orders, there will be no proof of sending.  We send out all orders after payment received.  Therefore, we do not entertain any claim on postage loss via normal post.  Any claim on postage loss via normal post will result in complaints to eBAY against  you.  Please always look for registered post to prevent any unnecessary disputes.

If you have doubt on our integrity that we do not send your order after payment received, please DO NOT bid on our item.  If you prefer a CERTIFICATE OF POSTING to be issued from Singapore Post Limited, you are welcome to add S$ 0.50 / order and we will arrange the CERTIFICATE OF POSTING for you.

b)  For registered post orders (not matter it is local or international), you will be insured for upto S$ 68 (approx. US$ 45) against mail loss.  Please note that this does not cover any damage of mail.  

* We cannot assume responsibility for late delivery of items due to carrier negligence, etc, as we do not have control over carrier delivery times once your item is shipped. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable after orders were shipped.

* We cannot assume responsibility for damage by post.  Though we normally provide bubble wrap for most of the orders, there are still some cases that items were broken when it reached the buyers.  Any claim on damage on items should be directly to post office and we'll not entertain any damage claim by post.  

* Unless specifically described as used items, all items offered by us on online auction are guaranteed to be Brand New. We try our best to takes special care in describing our online auction listings, to ensure that all item descriptions are complete and accurately describe the item being offered. Thus, we will only accept returns / exchange on online auction purchases if there are exceptional circumstances.  We do not accept returns or exchange if items are sent by post as we are unable to control how goods handling the carrier do.

* Please read the item descriptions carefully!  If you have any questions about the description of our online auction items, please e-mail or call us before bidding. The majority of our online auction item images are of the exact item being sold.  However, due to different batches of goods, design or color may occasionally different from the images on the auction listings.  Sometimes, Images of more generic items are usually just samples of the type of products being auctioned. If you have any questions regarding our online auction listing images, please e-mail or call us before bidding.

* In rare cases, goods may need to be returned to us.  Buyers will assume all necessary costs to return the goods to us.  We'll not entertain any claims on shipping charge to return the goods to us.  

PAYMENT DEADLINE & FEEDBACK POLICY

* Positive feedback will only be left for bidders who have left us positive feedback. We feel that this new approach to leaving positive feedback will improve buyer-seller feedback etiquette, by rewarding bidders who have left us positive feedback with reciprocal positive feedback. Bidders who do not take the time to leave us positive feedback will not receive any feedback from us, even if the transaction was completed successfully.

* All bidders must pay for their auctions within 7 days of the auction’s closing date. Bidders who have not paid for their auction items within 7 days of the auction's closing date will be reported to the relevant online auction websites as unpaid item reminder/non-paying bidder warning.  Appropriate feedback will be left for non-paying bidders after 7 days, and your item will be resold at our discretion. If you do not intend to pay for your auctions in a timely manner, or you do not agree to abide and be bound by our terms of sale as outlined above, please do not bid!
