Will not be responsible for LOST MAIL via local normal post as item is untraceable. For a more secure and safer delivery, buyers are advised to opt for registered mail. Buyers who insist on local normal post CANNOT dispute for refunds in the event of lost mail or non-delivery.

Please understand that any delivery DELAY by Speedpost or Singapore Post is beyond my control and limits. Once the parcel is in the Singapore Postal system's hands, it is beyond my control as to how long or short delivery time is. I will live up to my reputation by shipping on time, and the rest is the responsibility of the Singapore Postal Service. Any negative or neutral feedback citing a delay beyond seller's control will be reciprocated.

Will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following conditions:-
a) The address given was incorrect.
b) No such person at the given address
c) No one else present to receive the delivery on behalf of the recipient.
d) Refusal of any item by the recipient
e) In rare cases of late or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond my control such as natural disasters, unforeseen situations like postal accidents, etc. will not be considered as a violation of agreement.

Chronic cancellation (early closure) of this auction is subjected to the seller's prerogative (sole discretion). Any requests to close or end an auction, which already has a bid placed, in the final 48 hours will not be allowed as this will be unfair to those bidders on list and most importantly rendered me as an unethical and dishonourable auctioneer.
