baby eistein dvd set 
I look after my grand-daughter one day a week, and we watch the baby einstein dvds together. She is 2yrs old and just finds the dvds very funny. I think they are a wonderful introduction to the world of classical music, paintings, animals, neighbourhood and I enjoy watching them with her myself. When will you introduce an english version of the series? It would bring in lots more followers.
I dont know why, but it works
Baby Einstein keeps my 3 month old very happy, he laughs and shouts at the screen.
I'm conscious not to turn my tv into the babysitter and I dont want to be one of 'those' parents... But I think this baby box set is different.
Having watched some of the series on the internet we decided to go for the boxset and let him enjoy it, we've had a happy baby everytime this is on... so i'd recommend it

My Grandson is 8 months and loves these DVD's. He will sit infront of the TV watching these for a couple of hours on repeat, giving my daughter time to do things around the house.
Baby Einstein: simple yet brilliant
On first viewing, the Baby Einstein Box Set appears to contain such simple images and videography that you'd think anyone could make it. But after seeing our baby's response, it was obvious that a lot of research and skill had gone into making the videos, and we knew that we had made a wise investment. Our little girl has been captivated by them since she was 2 months old - squealing with excitement, and now giggling and laughing along with them. I'm embarrassed to admit that her parents often find themselves transfixed to the screen too! Simple puppetry and filming of children's toys in action, accompanied by sound effects and a classical music background, sounds simple enough but yet it works so well.
DVDs contain Regional Codes which can
be used to prevent the playback of certain discs depending upon the geographical
area it is played in. The various studios and home video companies lobbied to make
sure this coding system was a required part of the current DVD standards, because
they wish to control how their DVD titles are exported to other countries. (For
example, while a recent film may already have played theatrically in the United
States and been released to the home video market, that same film may not yet have
opened in some European or Asian countries.) In most instances, discs manufactured
in one region will usually only play on players that were manufactured for that
same region - this means that discs bought or imported from Japan will not play
on U.S. players, and vice versa.
Some DVDs, however, are coded for Region 0 - which means they will play in any of
the six regular regions. There are also DVD players that don't check the region
coding of the DVD so will play any disc from any region - these are generally referred
to as Code Free players or Multi Region DVD Players.
