**We are  relisting this bag because of the previous buyer's persistence that this bag was gray and not dark brown as shown. It is true that Coach's "color reference code" for this bag is medium gray but it is not the bag's actual color. Because we pride ourselves in being honest and  forthcoming with our buyers, we described the bag based on what the bag would look like when it was received; which is a dark brown (please see photos and you be the judge) . We only mention this to explain away our recent negative feedback. Because the buyer seemed to be well informed than most about this Coach style and its available colors, looking at the photos and asking questions could have cleared up any doubt as to whether the bag was gray or brown ( we are suspect as to why she didn't because she admittedly said she owns the gray color in another Coach style). However, because according to her, the bag was gray and not brown, she told us she was returning the bag. We accepted the return of the bag for a full purchase refund and, in addition, took partial responsibility for the misunderstanding and refunded the buyer's return shipping costs (despite the fact  our store policy clearly states shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility). However, this buyer still was not willing to compromise and demanded total reimbursement for which we felt was  totally unreasonable and when we were not willing to honor that request, negative feedback was left.
