We define Salvage as: Items have visual damage and or no packaging.
NOTE: Shipping & handling: For reference: Items ship within 1 to 4 days after receipt of payment. Rarely any longer than that. We ask that you send payment or make contact with us within 7 days. If we do not receive payment in 14 days we will file a non-paying bidder complaint. We will make our best effort to accommodate you in making your payment. Please do not bid if you cannot pay. We usually e-mail the winner within a day. Return policy: You must contact us before returning the item. If the item is incorrectly described please CONTACT US before returning for a full refund. No offers of a partial refund will accepted. Once item is received and checked out you will receive your refund via check or paypal. In the event the item is not to your liking you can return the item, unopened for a refund minus 25% restocking fee. If it has been opened you must get our approval before returning an item and there is a 35% restocking fee. Item must have everything that it came with including packaging. You have 7 days after receiving the item to contact us for a return. If item is returned without our permission you waive your right to receive return postage reimbursement. And there is a 50% restocking fee applied. How questions are Handled: We answer questions oldest to newest when we are able to get to them. We are open Monday -- Thursday, Saturday 10am -- 5pm, Friday 10am -- 8pm & Sunday Closed. So, our responses are made during these hours.
