This is an Apple Care
warranty
plan for an Apple iMac, it is the same exact thing that apple
sells. This will work with the brand new iMacs as well as all iMacs ever made by Apple as long as they are under 1 year old.
AppleCare is an international warranty, which means it is good in the
US as well as around the world and it is fully transferable if you
decide to sell your computer. This is also eligible for an additional 8% rebate through live.com, please email me for info if you are not familiar with this program. Prices on this are going up and down like crazy on eBay, if someone has a lower price then me and you like my feedback, please email me the auction # and give me an opportunity to match the price, I promise I will do my best. This is the same exact thing you would buy from apple for $169 plus tax, it adds 2 years to your existing warranty (please remember that this will only work if you are still within your 1 year warranty from apple). There is no such thing as a 3 year applecare plan, but this will give you a full 3 years on a new apple. This warranty is an international (Good in the US and around the World) warranty plan which covers both physical warranty as well as tech support (both phone and in store support). Apple is one of the last companies that handles its own tech support inside the US. It is very comprehensive and they are extremely helpful whether you need help turning the computer on or something highly technical. Please realize that you computer needs to be under its original one year in order for you to be eligible for this warranty. Shipping is not necessary on this as I will simply email you the enrollment code, which is all you need to get the computer enrolled. If you bought the applecare warranty from Apple for $169 plus tax, all you would do is open the box and use the enrollment number anyway. There is a disc in the box as well from apple and on that disc is a tech tool kit, I will send you a link to download this tech tool kt at apples web site. I also email very easy instructions to enroll the warranty at apple.com.
