In order to give greater assurance, we provide a REFUND policy on our items, for acceptable reasons such as lost of item on registered postage. For articles that is listed as brand new or as-is, item may not be returned. All others, upon negotiation, simply return item within 3 working to us and we will refund the full principal cost. Return do not include written-off shipment cost. Buyer can choose a merchandise credit or bank transfer.

We do our best in shipping out articles at the best quoted rates for you. All shipment will be done through SingPost (Singapore) unless stated otherwise. Please message us for a quotation for worldwide buyer or refer to domestic non standard mail pricing for a guide. Do ask for registered mailing, then refer to optional insurance pricing for local registered mail addition.
Do note that with effect from 2007, eBay and various post offices are advising buyers to ship via registered mail. According to eBay article, no offence may be imposed on sellers due to missing item if buyer choose not to ship via registered mail. Request to search for lost mail maybe made by post offices, but subjected to company's rules and policies.
