Believe this is a crimping tool for a telephone linesman. It is 11" long and will reverse to crimp on either side. There is a round makers mark, but can't make out the 1st  letters. It has a telephone pole and line in center and Chicago, Usa at bottom. Buyer pays shipping from Minneapolis. See gklda and gklda4016 for other tools and interesting estate items.
