This is a America 1887 ANACS MS64 Morgan Silver Dollar. See pictures. The coin you receive will be as pictured. Silver dollars are resumed after it was suspended for a few years in the 1870s. Through the Bland-Ellison Act 1878, the mints began mass producing the Silver Dollars. George T Morgan, a pupil of William Wyon from the Royal Mint in London designed this dollar and thereafter, the dollar is commonly known as the "Morgan". Morgans were minted through 1878 - 1904 before being suspended. After a 17 hiatus, it returns in 1921 and was swapped for the Peace Dollar.
Whilst a lot of Morgans were minted, about 270 million were melted in 1918.
