Shipping Policy

Shipping within Singapore is free.
Items will be shipped by SingPost standard mail service within 3 business day of receiving full payment.
Our company employs professonalize full time packers to handle all our items. Customers can be rest asured the items will arrive safely.
Please note that we do not issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged in the postal process. An additional of S$2.50 is charged if you required a registered mail. SingPost Tracking Number will be provided.
Once an order package has been delivered to the postal carrier, the package becomes the carrier's responsibility and we are no longer liable. We are not responsible for postal transit time, which is provided by the carrier, as it may vary due to peak period.
