Superb, vintage antique handcolored 1865 Augustus Mitchell map. The map is very finely produced, printed on fine thick paper, with superb period handcoloring, fascianting details, overall a very attractive antique map. Superbly produced. The map is titled Canada and New Brunswick, with inset maps of Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Cape Breton Island. The maain map shows Canada West and Canada East. The conditon of the map is excellent. The fine handcoloring on the map is period, this is before color printing was widely used. Fascianting and beautiful map. The map is in excellent fine conditon. The size of the map is 12.5" by 19". Rare. Winning bidder pays $3.25 shipping domestic, more foreign.
