You will receive high quality reproductions of these RARE HISTORICAL catalogs saved to CD.


There are no actual patterns included but there are so many unusual and unique costume illustrations to inspire your creativity!

Over 600 designs, many in full color!

Some of the unique costumes include: "The Golf Bag", "Gertie the Gongster", "Stars", "Moon" and many others. Some promote the popular products of the time, such as "Macaroni Man" and "The Odol Girl".

Although the majority of these designs are lots of fun, please be aware that some of the costumes would be considered racially and ethnically offensive by todays standards, such as "Golliwog" and "Klu-Klux Klan".

~ Also included are some suggestions for the proper make-up and hairstyles ~

All catalogs were originally published in England.

Weldons Fancy Dress for Ladies and Gentlemen - Nearly 300 designs for Carnival, Gala and Pageant.

Not dated, but is from the mid 1930s. There are 45 pages, including cover and some vintage advertisments. Five full color pages, the rest are in black and white.

Leach's Big Value Fancy Dress Book - Over 100 New and Novel Designs for Grown Ups & Children for Cruising, Carnival and Dance.

Originally published in 1935. Has 35 pages, including cover and some vintage advertisments. All pages except the cover are in black and white.

Weldons Fancy Dress for Ladies and Gentlemen - 300 Designs:86 in colour

Not dates, but is from 1927. 53 pages, no cover included. 12 pages of full color illustrations, the rest are in black and white.
