THE SIZE OF PATCHES : 8 cm x 8 cm( 3.2 " x 3.2 ")and  12 cm x 3,5 cm( 4.75 " x 1.4 ") APPROX.

THE SIZE OF DOG TAG : It measured 2 by 1.2 inches ( 50 mm X 28 mm ).
