Terms & Conditions:

1) Winning bidder to respond within 8 days upon winning the auction listings. If there is going to be a delay due to unforeseen situations, appreciate if you can notify us first. If you have no intention to pay after winning, DO NOT BID! Do not waste both yours and our time. We do not like to spend time filing disputes with eBay. If you have accidentally place a bid on any of our listings, use the retract bid service by eBay to remove your own bid and BEFORE the auction listing ends. If you have kids who have access to your eBay password and have a habit of bidding without your consent, have the courtesy to honour the bid please. We have spent time reading your emails and understand that you may not have known about your kid's bid, but understand that we have no idea that it was your kid who bid the item too! Time and effort have been spent in getting our items listed, so spare us the agony and hassle please. We will not hesitate to ban you from bidding with us.

2) We fully support payment via Paypal. It's very simple to have an account set up with Paypal. Go to www.paypal.com and have an account signed up. It's really easy and convenient. However if you have to use other payment methods (CHECK/BANK DRAFT), do note that there will an clearance fee of USD 10 levied by both Singapore and USA banks for clearing foreign checks. Please do not request that we waive this off since this money will not go to us! We do not bear the liability if the item is lost in transit.

3) Packages are sent to your address provided by Paypal. We will not be held responsible if packages are sent to the wrong address provided by you. You will have to bear the postage fees to have the items resent. All packages will be sent via registered mail, unless prior arrangement has been made to ship via normal post. In the event the package has been marked "UNCLAIMED" by the postal office and return to us, you will have to bear the postage fees for a resent.

4) INTERNATIONAL MAILS - The estimated delivery time for ordinary mails will be 6 to 12 BUSINESS DAYS. Delivery times are only estimates and may/may not be the actual delivery standard experienced. Any delay at the destination countries is beyond our control. For festive postings, add another 10 BUSINESS DAYS for airmail. We will notify you via eBay when the package has been sent. An estimated delivery date will be stated on the email. WAIT for your item patiently. Contact us only if you have not received your item after 22 BUSINESS DAYS. Your item could have been held up at customs.

5) Feedbacks – We appreciate if you can leave us positive feedbacks when you receive your item. We will do the same for you when we see one on our feedback page. As feedbacks are left in batches, hence please allow some time for your feedback to be up.
