We do not have a pick-up facility at our warehouse, therefore we cannot allow pick-up by person. Return Policy
You must notify us and obtain correct instruction on how to ship the rug back within 3 business days of receiving your rug(s). We will then give you the return address and make necessary notes regarding your return. Once your rug(s) have arrived back to our warehouse, you will then be refunded full purchase price less shipping and handling within 3-5 business days.
