We are a family run business and have been dealing in Persian and Oriental rugs for over 35 years. Our dedication and pride in our business and products carries through in our selection of merchandise as well as our excellent service.

Shipping & Handling

All rugs are shipped within 2-3 business days so we can guarantee the quickest delivery anywhere in the United States. All of our shipping services are provided by both UPS and Fed-Ex to continental USA. Depending on the state you live in and your type of address, the best carrier will be chosen upon shipment of your rug(s). International customers including Hawaii and Alaska please email us for additional charges. International customers are also responsible for all taxes and duties when rug(s) have arrived in your country. We do not have a pick-up facility at our warehouse, therefore we cannot allow pick-up by person. You must note that shipping charges all include the following: (Shipping, Handling, Wrapping, Insurance, and warehouse fees which are associated with every rug).

Payment Policy

All payments must be made within 5 days of auction(s) ending. We accept PayPal and all major Credit-Cards (Please call 1-866-877-0427 or 803-802-5023). International customers can also wire payments. Please email us at stylemarket@yahoo.com for international wiring instructions if needed.

Returns

When you purchase your rug(s) with us, you have 30 days from the day you receive your rugs to live with them and decide whether or not they work for your designated rooms. If you wish to return your rug(s), you can do so by contacting us to obtain an RMA # and instructions for your return. We offer a '30 Days Money Back Guarantee' so once your return is completed we will refund you 100% of your money, with absolutely no restocking fee. All refunds are processed within 24hrs. Kindly allow 2-4 days for your credit to post. Please note; if a replacement rug is chosen, the replacement rug will be shipped to you at no extra charge.
