All Items are clearly pictured and described in detail. What You see in the picture is what You will receive. If You do not see it (ie. cables, accessories, etc.), it is not included. Please ask any questions prior to bidding and/or Buying that can't be answered by reading the description or viewing the pictures.
Shipping & Pick Up Information
If you Win/Purchase more than 1 item, we will combine shipping to save you money. We Ship the First Friday after receipt of Payment. Payment is to be received within 7 days of close of Auction/Listing. Approximate Shipping times are 10-14 business days for Surface mail and 7-10 days for Airmail. Most of the Time Shipping is much quicker. Generally there are no duties or taxes on most items entering the USA Unless greater than $200.00 (Even then there are rarely any duties). UPS/Purolator/FedEX (Couriers/Carriers) shipments greater than $200.00 are normally assessed a Customs Paperwork fee of $15-$35 that they will bill You upon arrival of the item. This only applies to Couriered Shipments or Shipments sent via Private Carrier over $200.00 and not to Post Office shipments. Although rare, Buyers are responsible for any Customs related charges.
Pick Ups are available on all items and are located in the Brampton area. A P/UP appointment must be made for all items being Picked Up. Pick Ups must be paid for by Cash. NO P/UP Fee is Charged. You will however have to come at our convenience and an appointment MUST be made via email and/or confirmed LIVE by Telephone.
Insurance
Insurance is Included in ALL Shipments as it is added to the S&H Charge of the Item. Insurance is typically $1.00/$100.00 Value of the Item. Insurance is Purchased from the shipping company (Not us). In the event that a claim is required, we will submit all documents, on your behalf, to the shipping company. You will not be reimbursed or have a replacement item sent out until the Shipping company pays out on the Insurance Claim (This can take 2-6 weeks).
Payment
USA AND CANADIAN BUYERS: We accept Paypal from USA and Canadian residents ONLY up to $1000.00 (You must be in the USA or Canada and you MUST have a confirmed shipping address and be "Eligible" for seller protection when the payment comes through or your payment will be refunded). For payments over $1000.00 please contact us for acceptable payment methods PRIOR Bidding and/or Buying.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Buyers outside of the USA AND CANADA must contact us before bidding. Not all of our items are eligible for international shipping. Contact us to discuss shipping and payment details.
ALL PURCHASES OVER $1000: We do not accept PAYPAL for purchases greater than $1000 (No Exceptions!)
Taxes
