This figure is never open from original packaging, hard to find, retired and uniquely very rare WINX CLUB - ICY THE WITCH (Mint In Packaging). This version is now no more in production and is very rare (includes the yellow egg....yes the egg). As indicated on the box - Collar lights! 

She is the bad girl of the group. " They say I have a heart of ice. Its's true! I am a witch studying at the college of cloud Tower."
