Dated 1839 English book on roads, bridges and railroads. No edition stated. It has come loose from its binding although the binding is complete. Text is still tight. Lacking one front endpaper. Illustrated with a number of full page woodcuts as well as cuts in the text. Early detailed information on the English railroad industry. Measures 4 3/4 by 7 1/2 inches. US shipping is $4.00.
