(I) Shipment methods It normally takes 9-12 days to arrive in Singapore.(except during Chinese Lunar New Year) However, at times it could arrive less than 9 days if without dealy. (ii) Disclaimer We are not responsible for any wrong or invalid addresses. Item upon shipping out will be notified through email. Please make sure you give the right address before we send out the item. (iii) Shipping insurance Due to prevention on your item lost during transit. We would encourage you to buy insurance for your item. The cost is S$5.00 for each item, in which case we will guarantee arrival of your purchased goods. An advance 60% deposite & a final 40% COD (Cash on Delivery) ok.  All items will be either self collect or send out by Singpost Register parcel.  OPTIONAL: Registered Postage & Handling Charges s$5.00-$15.00 varies on size n weight *(Only Customer who request for Postage & Handling charges For delivery within Singapore.)

 Return Policy

RETURN POLICY: - In the event I sent the wrong item(s) to you, I will replace with the correct item upon returning my wrong item(s). The wrong item must be shipped back unused with it's original contents & boxes. I will then ship you the correct item and I will pay you courier fees for shipping reimbursement. Cash refund will be made if I cannot supply you the correct stocks in a pre-agreed time frame. Refunds are made through online bank transfer only.

All product warranties (if any) are from manufacturer warranty .

WARRANTY CLAIM: - Customer(s) will have to send me the faulty item(s) including handling & shipping cost in advance before I can ship back the repaired or replaced goods.  items come with manufacture warranty unless subject to condition of sales stated. Warranty will be voided if returned products are abused, mishandled, modified, misused, physically or inflicted damaged by users. We reserve the right to charge a repair fee of 40% of the invoice amount if the warranty expired or is voided.
