I post very quickly for paypal payments.  Cheque payments take 7 days to clear and parcels will not be posted for any reason before this.  I always get proof of postage but please allow up to 14 days for delivery in UK and 18 for international delivery as royal mail do not class parcels lost until after this time.

 Please note your local royal mail office will only keep your parcels for 7 days and then it will be returned to sender. I do not give refunds for this and you will have to pay the postage amount again to have your parcel returned to you.

GAME AND DVD FORMATS   I do not give refunds for items that are not compatible with your systems. All dvd regions, game formats etc are always quoted on auction. It is your responsibility to make sure they will play on your systems.
