REFUNDS

·        Refunds will normally only be offered in the event that an item is lost or damaged in the post.

·        The refund will be paid directly to the customer as soon as I have received the compensation payment from Royal Mail.

·        Compensation claims can take several weeks, and it is sometimes required that the person who has received the item completes a form.
