Payment & postage
Do not Checkout until you have completed all purchases (postage discount available over a one week period). Postage discount for Australian buyers: full postage paid on 1st item (highest postage) and then $1 P&H on every added item. International bidders should confirm shipping costs on combined postage as costs may be higher than anticipated. Purchases are usually mailed within 24 hours of payment being confirmed. During busy periods, it may take up to 3 business days to dispatch items. During these times, notification will be placed in my eBay store. Residents of some countries may be required to insure their purchases.Payment to be received within 7 days. Please leave either your eBay User ID, the last 6 digits of the item number (or postcode as a last resort). A non-paying bidder dispute is opened on the 8th day if payment hasn't been received and items are re-listed after 10 days (non-payer forfeits the sale).

Refunds & Returns
Full refund available for any item which is not accurately described. If you don't like the product, the colour or thought it would be bigger, smaller, etc. a refund on the cost of the item minus postage can be given after the product has been returned. Items leave here well packaged and protected so damage or loss in transit is not covered. Unless Express or Registered Post has been paid for, I will NOT issue a refund for any claims of lost or damaged goods. I keep photos of mailed items as proof of mailing.
Feedback
Most transactions are quick, easy and friendly but if you're not happy with something, let me know and a quick & fair solution will be found. Once I know you're happy and have left feedback, I do the same. Please don't leave negative or neutral feedback without contacting me just because you didn't like something or expected something different. Unfair negative or neutral feedback is a clear sign of a difficult buyer who will be blocked from future bidding and the feedback I leave will reflect that.
