Worldwide Express Mail (EMS): The Worldwide Express same as UPS, FedEx. And it’s quick and very safe with tacking number. Please note all final shipping cost will refers to the table below. Please read it carefully and if you are not happy with the shipping fee. Do not bid.

1.      For some counties like Germany, Italy, Australia and etc. The custom is extremely strict. Any item returned from the custom. You will NEED to pay a re-send fee.(Same as the post fee before)

2.      Once I send out the item, I will inform you with the tracking number and online checking link. Please check it regularly to ensure the item will reach you. Any return item with the reason of ‘undelivered’. You will need to pay a re-send fee. (Same as the post fee before)

4.      For general claim I will write down as ‘gift’ with low value.

6.      For EMS tracking information, English is available for checking information. For normal air mail services, only Chinese is available for checking information. However you can ask me for translation.

1.      Auction winner should contact me within 2 days and complete payment within 3 days. (unless you contact me with reason, but the maximum time is 7 days)

1.        Sometimes the custom checks at the auction winner country takes longer time and this will delay the local delivery.

Return Policy:

1.        Please notice that items is checked very carefully before send out, therefore we only accept return for defective item in which damage is caused by delivery。ANY OPENED ITEM CAN NOT BE RETURNED.

2.        Defective item must be noticed within 2 days after reception. No return will be accepted two days after reception of item.

3.        SOME PRODUCTION COMPANY ACCEPT ITEMS WITH PRODUCTION FAILURE, Therefore, in that case buyer must help to file the item damage report from the courier company and assist in getting the compensation from the courier company when item returns apply.

4.        Buyer must return the item to us in original packing and mint condition.

5.        We don't offer refund once item is shipped. However, we do accept re-shipping the same item to buyer when item returns apply.
